Step 1. DESIGN CONSULTATION
A focused consultation designed to provide clarity and direction for your interior design project. Brooke offers tailored recommendations to guide key decisions and establish a clear path forward for your home.
This session provides the foundational information needed to begin a renovation or furnishing project and serves as the starting point for continued design services, should you choose to move forward.

Step 2: INTERIOR DESIGN
The creation of highly considered, personalized interiors. We develop the overall design direction and select the finishes, furnishings, and details that bring clarity, cohesion, and purpose to a space.
This service is offered for new construction, renovations, and furnishing projects individually or as part of a fully integrated design approach.

Step 3: CONSTRUCTION DESIGN SUPPORT
Once your design has been developed and construction begins, we offer optional Construction Design Support to provide continued guidance throughout the build phase.

We charge flat fees for our services, so you will know exactly what our fee will be before you get started.

Yes we will! It is not required that we handle the purchasing of the items we specify in your design; however, if you are looking for a truly luxury experience we are happy to manage all aspects of turning the design plans into a reality. This includes ordering, tracking, delivery, and installation.

Yes, we are happy to assist with selecting finishes like countertops, flooring, wall treatments, hardware, and lighting.

We do! We understand that sometimes all you need is a new look for your living room, or a new backsplash for your kitchen, and we have designed our services to easily work with these types of projects.

Yes, you can be as hands-off as you want. We are efficient with meetings, make decision-making easy, and can handle the ordering, delivery, and installation of your furnishings & decor.

Our main form of communication throughout a project is email. We have learned that this is the most effective way to keep all decisions, changes, and deliverables organized and accounted for.

We always start with a free virtual meeting that lasts about 15 minutes. It gives you a chance to meet Brooke, tell her about your project, and make a plan for next steps.
