SERVICE PROCESS
PHASE 1: INFORMATION GATHERING
Purpose: Collect everything needed to start design
We email you questions to answer and style examples for your feedback.
You send us photos, videos and measurements using our step-by-step guide.
You have a virtual meeting with Brooke to review ideas and your wishlist.
PHASE 2: CONCEPT
Purpose: Align on design direction
Using information from Phase 1, we create a concept. Depending on your project this includes: inspiration images, color scheme, types of finishes/materials, and furniture style.
You have a virtual meeting with Brooke and we make any needed adjustments to the concept based on your feedback.
PHASE 3: DESIGN
Purpose: Create the full design
We source specific products based on the approved concept.
PHASE 4: PRESENT & DELIVER
Purpose: All service deliverables to you
You have a virtual presentation meeting with Brooke to walk through the full design.
We email your completed design package with purchasing details.
