“MY HOUSE DOESN’T FEEL LIKE HOME”

This is Joan, and due to my husband's work, my family and I have moved once a year for the last five years.  Each time we've arrived at a new house, I've felt a mixture of excitement to make memories in a different place, along with sadness at saying goodbye to the last one.  And all I want, as fast as possible, is for this new house to feel like home.  So as soon as I get there, Brooke helps me to set it up, and we make it home.

Doing the same for our clients is our favorite part of our work, and ultimately the goal is to give that place a feeling.  We all might use varying words to describe the feeling of home, but you know it when you feel that you're there.

And your house can be home for you too. It can be set up to reflect and support the things you love most about your life: the people you love, your favorite experiences, your accomplishments, your hobbies, your values, your routine.  And when it does, it will be a place where you can feel and be your best, a place you're proud of, a place that constantly reminds you who you are and what is important to you, and you will love being there.
