Make Your Frisco New Build Feel Custom Without a Remodel

In Frisco, Texas and the surrounding North Dallas area, new-construction homes are the norm. That often means you don’t need a full remodel—you just want your home to feel more custom. Think better countertops, a richer paint palette, elevated lighting, or a few strategic updates that make a big impact. We love these projects, and it’s always exciting to see how one or two changes can transform a space.

Small Projects, Big Impact — What We Tackle

As a Frisco, Texas interior design studio, we’re built for right-sized upgrades. Popular small-project scopes include:

  • Paint & Color Strategy: Whole-home palettes, feature walls, cabinet colors, and ceiling/trim combinations that feel intentional and cohesive.

  • Countertops & Backsplash: Material selection, edge profiles, grout colors, and layout details that elevate a builder kitchen or bath.

  • Lighting Refresh: Statement pendants, sconces, and layered lighting plans to warm up new construction.

  • Hardware & Plumbing Swap: Knobs, pulls, and faucet finishes that add sophistication without demolition.

  • Fireplace & Built-Ins: Mantel redesigns, surround materials, and custom millwork to anchor your living room.

  • Window Treatments: Roman shades, drapery, and hardware for softness, privacy, and light control.

  • Styling & Art Placement: Shelves, coffee tables, and gallery walls that look curated—not crowded.

  • Powder Bath Refresh: High-impact wallpaper, mirrors, vanity hardware, and lighting for a guest-ready look.

These are targeted, efficient projects that bring character to newer homes across Frisco, Prosper, Celina, Allen, McKinney, and North Dallas.

  4. Deliverables to You:

    • We can handle procurement and installation coordination, or

    • We can provide live links so you can purchase items directly. When you prefer to self-purchase, we source only from vendors you can buy from so every recommendation is accessible.

  5. Coordination: Need a countertop fabricator, painter, electrician, or window-treatment installer? We can collaborate with your contractor or connect you with trusted local trades.

  6. Final Styling: Optional styling session to dial in art, greenery, pillows, and shelf moments so it all feels finished.

Why Frisco Homeowners Love This Approach

Brooke Bundy

I am an interior designer who is lucky enough to have a business with my twin sister. My favorite way to come up with a design is to use favorite places, people, and memories as the inspiration. I live in Frisco Texas with my husband and our three teenaged children, who are my most rewarding interior design clients. I love Andy’s, podcasts, reading and tv, especially while sitting in bed. My favorite room to design is the living room because it serves so many purposes. My goal is for your home to feel cozy when you are alone, spacious when you are throwing a party, and to give you a confidence boost every time you walk in the door.
