Our services are designed in steps that build off of each other, and they are listed here in order. This makes it easy to get the amount of help that is right for you- you can stop after a service or continue on with us for the next step.
STEP 1:
DESIGN CONSULTATION
Brooke gives solutions to your interior design problems and her recommendations for your home.
This gives you the information you need to move forward with your remodeling or redecorating project and gets us ready to start additional interior design services if you choose to hire us for the next steps.
Service includes:
Virtual appointment to get recommendations, feedback on your ideas, and answers to questions.
The information you need to avoid common and costly mistakes like buying the wrong size rugs, buying furniture that makes your rooms feel smaller, buying finish materials that clash with each other, and buying furniture and decor that will go out of style quickly.

This service gets you fully prepared to book additional services, or to move forward with the ideas on your own.

Step 2:
INTERIOR Design
The creation of a personalized interior design. We choose the finishes, furniture, and decor needed for a space that meets your goals for function and style.
We can create this for you whether you are renovating, want to update your furnishings, or both.
SERVICE INCLUDES
Virtual appointments via Zoom to plan updates to finishes like flooring, countertops, cabinetry, paint, etc. We also plan furniture style and layout, arrangement of art and decor items, and other details including lighting, rug sizes, and ideal window treatment styles.
Furniture and decor selections
1 digital mood board per room, showing color schemes and furniture and decor. Purchase links are included with each item on the board.

3D renderings of the design
This service gets you fully prepared to book additional services, or execute the design on your own.
STEP 3:
VIRTUAL DESIGN IMPLEMENTATION
After the creation of your design, this service will give you the additional assurance of having a designer available to you throughout your project.

Virtual visits with Brooke to finalize choices, answer questions and meet with trades
Availability during showroom visits to FaceTime Brooke to confirm choices
Availability during installs to answer questions

Yes! We serve residents of Frisco, Texas and surrounding North Dallas areas for in-home services, as well as residents of all U.S. States with remote services.

We use a combination of email and Zoom (or FaceTime depending on client preference). Photos and details about the house are sent via email to us from the client. Walk-throughs of the house are conducted virtually, and all plans and ideas are discussed just as if meeting in person. Meetings between us and contractors and other trade professionals are also held virtually. All deliverables following a virtual meeting are sent via email.

We charge flat fees for our services, so you will know exactly what our fee will be before you get started.

Unfortunately we can only handle purchasing for local projects so if you are outside of our in-home service area you will need to make purchases yourself. However we provide you with all the information needed to purchase the items specified in your design.

When you meet with Brooke to go over your completed design she will discuss with you where each piece should go. Directions for arranging all items will also be given in your design deliverables through both notes and drawings.

Yes, we are happy to assist with selecting finishes like countertops, flooring, wall treatments, hardware, and lighting.

We do! We understand that sometimes all you need is a new look for your living room, or a new backsplash for your kitchen, and we have designed our services to easily work with these types of projects.

Our main form of communication throughout a project is email. We have learned that this is the most effective way to keep all decisions, changes, and deliverables organized and accounted for.

We always start with a virtual meeting that lasts about 15 minutes. It gives you a chance to meet Brooke, tell her about your project, and make a plan for next steps.
