Our process for getting started ensures you get that information, so you can move forward with confidence.
STEP 1: FREE CONSULTATION
This is a 15 minute Zoom appointment so you can meet Brooke and tell her about your project.
THE BENEFITS TO YOU
Without having to leave your home or office, you are able to meet Brooke and get an idea of what it will be like to work with her. You will leave the meeting knowing exactly how to move forward with the next step in our process.
STEP 2: PAID CONSULTATION
This $350 appointment, called the “Design Consultation” lasts anywhere from 1-2 hours, depending on the scope of the upcoming project, and can be done either in-home or virtually. This service consists of you walking Brooke through your home and giving her more details about your project plans than discussed in the free consultation. You will get her feedback on your ideas, get all of her ideas, and get answers to all of your questions.
THE BENEFITS TO YOU
We designed this service to give so much value that if moving forward with additional services isn’t right for you, this single service will give you the ideas and information you need to move forward without us. It also lets us know exactly what the follow up service should include if you hire us for the full project.
STEP 3: PROPOSAL
Based on the information gathered at the design consultation, we will send you a proposal that details exactly how we will help you reach your goals and the full price of that service.
THE BENEFITS TO YOU
We charge a flat fee for our services, meaning that you will know exactly what it will cost to work with us.
STEP 4: PAYMENT FOR SERVICE
Our fee is due in full prior to beginning the project for fees up to $10,000. Fees above $10,000 are billed in increments with the final payment due prior to the delivery of your design.
