Our remote interior design services
At Brooke Bundy Designs we serve clients in the North Dallas area with in-home interior design services. But we also serve clients outside of our regular service area through remote interior design services.
HOW OUR VIRTUAL INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES WORK
We use a combination of email and Zoom (or FaceTime depending on client preference). Photos and details about the project are sent via email to us from the client. Walk-throughs of the house are conducted virtually, and all plans and ideas are discussed just as if meeting in person. Meetings between us and contractors and other trade professionals are also held virtually. All deliverables following a virtual meeting are sent via email.
WHY CLIENTS LOVE OUR VIRTUAL DESIGN SERVICES
Same thoughtful design—more flexibility. Virtual design lets you work with Brooke Bundy Designs from anywhere, on your schedule. Busy professionals, young families, and out-of-area clients love that they can make meaningful progress in 45–60 minute sessions from the sofa or office.
Budget-smart.
Virtual interior design reduces onsite hours and travel, which means more of your investment goes to actual design thinking and deliverables.
Clarity and confidence at every step.
Our role is to simplify decisions. We’ll narrow the thousands of options to a curated selection that suits your taste, lifestyle, and budget—and we’ll explain the “why” behind each choice. You’ll receive a cohesive plan that eliminates second-guessing and keeps you from making costly, piecemeal purchases.
Contractor-friendly documentation.
If your project involves renovations, we coordinate virtually with your contractor and preferred vendors. You’ll receive clear selection sheets—paint schedules, tile layouts, fixture specs, and finish callouts—so your team can execute without confusion or delays. (This is the same organized approach we use in person.)
Personal, not “cookie-cutter.”
Even virtually, our process is rooted in your story. We’ll ask about heirlooms, travel finds, and the little things that make home feel like home. Then we’ll incorporate those pieces into a refined plan that looks effortless—not themed.

Joan Elmore
I’m Brooke’s twin sister! I make sure our business runs efficiently, and in a way that best serves you. I have extensive experience in the construction industry, where I managed finances, personnel and operations. I love reading, writing and watching movies, and my favorite part of my home is the living room, because that’s where I relax. My goal when working with you is to make sure the parts of your project that could typically cause stress stay well managed so you can fully enjoy the interior design process.
